Our policy on order cancellations, refund eligibility, and processing timelines for doorstep diesel delivery orders.
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before the dealer has been dispatched. No cancellation fee applies in this window. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email as early as possible.
Once the dealer has been dispatched, a cancellation fee becomes payable to the dealer to cover operational and transit costs. The applicable fee will be communicated at the time of cancellation.
Josh Fuels bears no responsibility if a dealer fails to deliver after order confirmation. In such cases, please contact our support team immediately so we can resolve the issue or reassign the delivery.
If the dealer violates applicable rules or safety procedures during delivery, the customer may cancel the order immediately without additional cancellation charges. Payment remains due for any product already received prior to cancellation.
Once a refund request is received, the transaction undergoes review and evaluation. Upon approval, the refund is initiated with applicable internet payment processing charges deducted from the original amount. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

If a refund does not appear within the stated window, please contact your card issuer or bank directly before reaching out to us — processing delays are often on the banking side.
Any claims relating to short delivery or product quality must be raised at the time of delivery, not thereafter. Josh Fuels bears no responsibility for claims made after the delivery has been accepted. Customers are advised to verify product quality and quantity before accepting delivery using the calibrated measuring can provided.
