Josh Fuels sources fuel from authorized Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) and approved petrol pumps, ensuring quality, compliance and traceability.
We accept bank transfer, UPI, advance payment, payment on delivery and corporate credit for approved customers. Payment terms may vary depending on customer category, order size and agreed commercial terms.
Yes. Customers can track order status, dispatch status, vehicle location once the vehicle is marked out for delivery, estimated arrival time, delivery confirmation and automatic invoice generation.
You can place an order through the Josh Fuels App or through WhatsApp. There is no need to call in order to place an order. Simply send a WhatsApp message and the team will guide you through the ordering process.
The minimum order quantity for doorstep fuel delivery is 200 litres.
Fuel deliveries are typically scheduled with a minimum notice of 6 to 8 hours. New customers are generally serviced within 24 hours, subject to onboarding and documentation. Existing regular customers are serviced as per predetermined schedules.
Yes. All vehicles are calibrated by the Legal Metrology Department and equipped with digital meters ensuring accurate dispensing. A 5-litre calibrated measuring can is available in all vehicles for verification.
Josh Fuels ensures fuel quality through authorized sourcing, sealed loading, GPS-tracked vehicles, proper handling and delivery procedures, and transparent documentation. Additionally, sealed sample bottles (counter samples) are provided to regular customers for independent verification.
